The personnel at Fideas all have extensive experience of providing high level solutions for major commercial and private sector clients. The principals of the business are Rob Harris and Michael Ripper. They are supported by a team of consultants whose various areas of expertise and experience are assembled to suit specific assignments.

Rob Harris has twenty years of consulting and research experience in the property industry. He has worked for DEGW, DTZ, Interior Services Group and Stanhope Properties. Rob offers advice on the occupation and management of property, specialising in occupancy briefing, to bring property occupation into closer alignment with business objectives. Rob publishes and lectures widely; he was a founder director CoreNet in the UK; is chairman of Occupier.Org and sits on a number of industry initiatives.

Michael Ripper has over 20years experience in property, facilities, and construction and specialises in the effective and appropriate change of property and facilities. Michael particularly offers expertise in the areas of facilities audit and strategy, facilities procurement and property strategy. To supplement a broad professional experience Michael has also gained an MSc post graduate qualification in Project Management from Reading University, is an external tutor on the College of Estate Management’s Diploma in Facilities Management and is a member of the RICS FM Skills Panel.
